What if instead of mere "Discipline" Management, it becomes Incident Management, where incident may be both Disciplinary and Meritorious incidents?

Yeah so my company uses “recommendation for separation”, which requires the department manager, the VP of operations and then the final approval from the park President to make the separation official. So when a user submits for the action of “termination”, you could set up a custom approval to work that way.

Of course that could be going into to much though. Sorry about that.

Well, in terms of work required, it's not necessary too much if workflow is involved. My major concern is the complexity of the design that may put users off.

You could add it under Employee > Manage > Incident Management.. and then have a plus sign to add new incidents or merits
