May i know your app got apply for replacement credit if employee worked on public holiday, OT or weekend. The leave will only be credited if approval workflow manager approves it.
The reason is my company is retail line and more of the time business hours is 7 days a week. Hence, employee more the time need to work OT and PH but our company HR policy are they need to apply for approval.
