HR.my R21 Update

Leave Management System HR.my R21 has just been updated, here are some of the important highlights:

New:

• Import Leave Entitlement - employers may set up new employees' leave entitlements easily by importing from Excel templates. Leave entitlements for all employees in the new year could also be set up easily from Excel template
• Import Time Clock or Biometric Attendance System data
• Added Attendance Transaction Summary Report
• Added Time Clock Summary Report
• Attendance data can be exported to Excel format now
• Time Clock data can be exported to Excel format now
• Approvers are now able to view reviewed documents in Document Workflow
• Added a red "+ +" button to add all active employees' attendance record as Absent for selected date
• Added Unknown option for Gender
• New TLD (with more characters) email address is supported for account registration

Change:

• Printer Friendly version of Leave Transaction Summary and Attendance Transaction Summary will only print records already loaded in the grid

And as usual, just drop me a note for whatever improvement that you would like to see in the next release (or join the discussion on the todo list post ). I will try to make it into the to-do list, but sometimes due to time constraint, some feature will require more time to implement.
