Processing salary

Hi There,

First of all i would like to thank you for your great contribution, furthermore I wish to know below things regarding hr.my -

1. if any employee takes leave without any prior approval or request how to deduct salary for this employee and if any employee works on holiday how to add days in his salary
2. How to set up fixed casual / sick/paid leaves for employee
3. How to maintain attendance
