Unable to receive Forget Password Email to registered email address

Hi,

My staff has forgotten his password and requested for the forgot the password option. He was able to submit the request on the system however he have yet to receive any emails pertaining to change the password.

Please assist urgently.

Please check the spam folder or check with your email administrator, there isn't anything that I could do on my end.
