2. Family Responsibility Leave of 10 days per calendar year (can be taken in parts, requires approval)...How can it be taken in parts? Like say, 3 days this month, 4 days may be next month...until it reaches 10 days maximum.
Like you said, #5 and #8 is out of question, as they are not really leaves...rather time-off.

Dear Kap-Chew,
We are facing an issue regarding Duration Calculation Preference.
Our office hours are normally from 9.00 am to 5.30 pm, Monday-Saturday, one-hour lunch break is allocated from 1 pm to 2 pm. except Friday 01:00 PM to 02.30 PM on half hour extra gave the management for prays so how can set another specific day minutes to break.
