level definition and address limitation

Love your HRMS software. We are setting it up now for us.

1. What is the concept Level meant for? Is it level of the employee in his/her career?

2. Also, address lines limitations to 30 chars is not working for us.

Address of employee. There are two fields Address 1 and Address 2. Both are restricted to 30 char max. Same restriction applied at import. Suggest increasing that limit to 60 as some addresses in Bangladesh are very long.

Yes. We have forced the employees to stay within the limits for now which seems to be working but I would suggest increasing the limit a little bit more if possible.
