Employee Registered instead of using Activation Link

Hi,

I'm not sure if this has been asked before, but I feel like this may be a common challenge.

One of my users registered for a new account as a new organisation instead of using the activation link in the email.

Now, when the user logs in, the system only shows the user as access to "My Organisation". When the user clicks on the activation link in the email, it just says as user is already activated.

The user has removed that company that was created, but we still can't get the user to activate their personal account under her company. Not sure if there's anything I can do as admin.

Just FYI, the same email ID can be associated with multiple employers: hr.my/doc/user-account-management.html
