Missing employee record

Hi

I just notice that under Leave Management default list arrangement, one of my staff record was "missing", I am unable to find the name or his ID in the list.
But it will show up once I arrange the ID number in ascending order.
Any idea on how to fix this? I have tried with another 2 colleagues HR role account, show the same issue.

Click at Applied At 2 times to sort Up or Down, it must be there. BTW, I have just migrated the existing data to a more powerful database system, therefore there are some minor differences in terms of sorting and etc.
