Confirmation For Permanent was created by Riduan Japar

Dear Admin & PIC,

I need your explanation regarding the confirmation to be permanent.
I was join the Neutron since end 2013 until now but i'm still under contract.
May i know how the calculation to accept me as permanent site due i'm very dissappointed if i'm still under contract.Please advice in advance.Thanks for your coorperation given. :unsure:

Hi Riduan, sorry that I don't quite understand what you said. But I guess your question would be related to your employment nature. If you are employed under contract, then you will not be considered a permanent employee, this is a normal practice everywhere because some company may not want to engage certain job positions permanently.

i c...So How can I be absorbed to be permanent with the Neutron?For a long time will be contract?
