HR.my R18 has just been updated, here are some of the important highlights:

And as usual, just drop me a note for whatever improvement that you would like to see in the next release (or join the discussion on the todo list post ). I will try to make it into the to-do list, but sometimes due to time constraint, some feature will require more time to implement.
New:
- Share documents securely with selected employee.
- Employee document upload and sharing with Line Manager, Head of Department or Head of Branch.
- Custom Leave Earning Policy that supports monthly earning allocation, for instance 1 day for 1st month to 11th month, 4 days on the 12th month.
- Option to customise number of days in each Alert item.
- New Carried Over Leave field in Leave Entitlement.
- 2 decimal places for Leave Entitlement, Carried Over and Hourly Leave Application.
Fix:
- Hourly leave applications always show 1 hour when being edited.
- And many many more other fixes that I don't even know how to describe
