EPF CONTRIBUTION DEDUCTION was created by Nur Amanina
Hi,
Good day,
Our company now are checking on EPF contribution. So we just want to check how this software actually calculate the EPF contribution for employee and employer because we noticed it's not the same figure as the EPF SCHEULE provided by EPF and we already pay the contribution. As it is not tally with the EPF schedule, it occurred some difficulties for our company the cross-check everything. Hoping that your side will get back to us as soon as possible.
Thank you for your cooperation.

Hi,
You may override the system generated EPF easily: hr.my/doc/statutory-contribution-malaysia.html

Hi Kap-Chew,
Good day!
I just started to use this HR.my and found quite useful to me (except I waiting for the Roster / Shift module )
Just one question I facing right now: Statutory Contribution
I found there are 2 different fields as shown in attachments:
Photo 1:
Photo 2:
So I a little bit confuse where should I update that Statutory Contribution for EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and so on?
It is I need to manually add these for each employee?
Thanks in advance ya.

1. The one in the Employee module is for system calculated EPF.
2. If you need to use your own calculation result, then you will need to use Statutory Contribution to override system calculated value.
3. You may run some test to understand how it works.

Okay, understand your meaning.
But then if I manually add in my own calculation, system own calculation will not be included in calculation right?
