Hi,
Just go to Payroll->Earning, and edit the earning, then uncheck the statutory option.

Thank Chew, I have two more questions that I need your assistance and they are as follows-
1) I would like to override the SC calculation by creating another calculation for PCB. I tried to key in the same code i.e. Tax as per instruction given but the message of "Duplicate Key Field" appeared. I should rename the code right?
2) If I want the PCB amount to be zero for relevant employee, what adjustment should I make?

1. Tax statutory is a system component, it has already existed, there is no need to create a new one, just use the existing one will do.
2. Employee->Management, edit employee, under Salary tab, change Tax to No Contribution.
