Administrator/HR Manager on Leave

Good morning,

I hope that you are well.

I am the Administrator and HR Manager for our HR.my company profile but will be on leave next week. I will therefore not be able to escalate or approve any leave application requests or document submissions.

My leave has been submitted and approved on HR.my. Will the platform automatically bypass me as HR Manager if I form part of the approval workflow? Or should I remove myself in the interim from the approval workflow.

Any advice?

I am using leave approval workflow.

I have a dual role as Administrator and HR Manager, however, I use the employee platform to approve leave.

Nevertheless, if it cannot be bypassed that is fine. We'll make alternative arrangements for the week, thank you.
