HR.my Manager do not have such right, only HR.my Admin can perform such activation. Just think of it, do you think it's reasonable that an HR.my Manager assign another employee HR.my Manager role?

The hr personnel left and he claimed that the role was transferred to me.
He claimed that he has cancelled his login (possible?)
Now there's no one else who can alter the status.
Is there no other way to change the status, or do i need to create a new employer profile?
Thanks.

There is always a role for the account owner, i.e. HR.my Administrator. This is the person who signs up for the employer account. You will need to check who actually signed up your employer account on your behalf.

He changed from his email to mine, and now he can't login. He can't access and i have no authority.

Do you mean he transferred the account ownership to you already? In that case you should be able to sign in the Employer account as HR.my Admin via hr.my/go/, then you may do whatever you want.
