New employer account log in error was created by Zambri
Some newbie questions/issues:
1. I have just signed up for a new employer account and successfully activated the account. However, I get this error (see attachment) during login. What am I doing wrong? By the way I'm using my Android tablet to access the site. Will that be an issue?
2. How do I get started using the system/software? I don't see any links or buttons. Perhaps I'm looking at the wrong places. Or I assume I should be able to do it after a successful log in?
3. Do I have to create different accounts to participate in the forum and to use the HR/Payroll/Leave system as an employer? Obviously I could log in into the forum but not as employer.
I tried to search the forum first before asking these questions but could not find any answer.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Zambri,
I don't see any attachment.
for (3), Yes you need an account for HR.my, and a different account for the forum.

I think it's quite obvious that you are using a wrong login information. You may have used your Forum login to sign in. In this case kindly create a new Employer Account, by clicking at the link under the Sign In button.

Thanks for your prompt reply.
I have tried to sign up again but it returned me with this error (see attachment) saying that my email has already existed.

I have managed to successfully logged into the employer's account by changing my password. My previous password had a "+" in it and it seems that the system does not like it. But it seems odd that it accepted the password with the "+" during signing up but would not accept the same password during logging in.
I observed that this forum accepted the password with the "+" character. I guess the forum and the HR system are two separate system running independantly of each other.
Admin, if you are not changing your password policy, may I suggest that you put a brief note at the sign up page of the acceptable password characters. It may help you avoid similar issues in future.
Regards,
Zambri.
