PCB & EPF calculated by hr.my payroll software different from manual calculation

I don't know why when I used the system to calculate the EPF differs from the table by EPF Board and also the PCB I calculated manually.

See figures below:

Salary:RM5830
Health insurance allowance: RM400
Travelling allowance: RM2380
Bonus: RM9350.

i) Generated by hr.my:.

EPF: yer RM1884 yee: RM1727
SOCSO: yer RM69.05 yee: RM19.75
EIS: yer: RM7.90 yee: RM7.90
Tax: RM2632.25

ii) As per EPF table based on salary of (5830+400+9350) RM15580

Yer:RM1872 Yee: RM1716

Difference of RM23

iii) PCB as manually calculated RM2599.55

Difference of RM32.70

Hmm.... My table is for 2018 and is showing 633.95. I cant attached because exceeded your limit.

Where did you get RM563.95? Is it for spouse not working?

My figure is net off the EPF of RM500.

For your information I have another case where the difference between the PCB amount calculated by hr.my and my manual calculation is RM104.10. Please see attached.

What is wrong?

Also as stated in my first message the EPF for that employee also has a difference of RM23 between the calculation by hr.my and the amount in the EPF table.

How come?
