Hi Kap Chew,
My company has a leave accrual policy based on Myanmar financial year (Apr 1st to March 31st). As such, I had configured the system to recognise annual leave for 2018 to be between April 1st 2018 and March 31st 2019. But when 1st Jan 2019 came, everyone lost a view into their leave balance. Can you please advise what to do? Attaching screenshot for your easy undersatnding.

Hi Robin,

Have you noticed that in your screenshots, there is a Year: 2018, Year: 2019 selection combo? The reason that your employees no longer see the leave entitlements is that they are currently showing Year: 2019 leave entitlements. You may ask them to switch to Year: 2018 in order to check their 2018 entitlements.
