I am not able to repeat this problem. I tested the second time with Chrome, and it worked properly exporting Leave in Dec 2018 to tabular form.

Please note that by default, only Approved leaves are listed, you will need to change the status on the right panel.

December is fine. But when I export November - It gives me December also...

I just did a third test to export Nov 2018 leave transaction to tabular form, it works properly. BTW, I am using Chrome.
