hi good day,

I realize the amount in Employee Tax is not same as per the amount calculated in e-PCB Lembaga hasil system.
The amount in Hr.my employee tax column is lower.

Please clarify.

Thanks

Suha

Hi,

HR.my is using the PCB table for tax calculation. If you wish to use ePCB calculated result, then you may choose to disable the tax calculation feature of HR.my by going to Employee->Management->Edit->Salary->Statutory Details->Tax Status, then change it to "No Contribution".

After that, you may use Variable Deduction to enter your ePCB calculated tax.

okay thank you.

i have another query. Once the salary is processed (eg March month in Salary Processed) and if i would like to edit on certain staffs variable pay/deduction. How do i go about it?

Do i have to go to salary adjustment and edit there ? Coz i did that and the changes were not being reflected in Salary Processed.

Please clarify.

Thanks

Suha

Salary Adjustment is to record the salary changes for an employee.

In your case, you will need to go back to re-process, but this time, instead of process All Employees, you select employees to be re-processed.
