HR.my R23 Update

Leave Management System HR.my R23 has just been updated, here are some of the important highlights:

New:

• GeoLocation for Time Clock - if geolocation info is captured, you may be able to view the location on Google Maps. Available options for capturing GeoLocation are Not Required, Optional and Mandatory . The default option is Optional
• Selfie for Time Clock to prevent buddy punching - Available options for capturing Selfie are Not Required, Optional and Mandatory. The default option is Optional
• Field Check-In for tracking mobile workforce, such as sales people or field service agents etc
• Field Check-In Report for Line Manager, Head of Department or Head of Branch to easily check the whereabouts of mobile workforce
• Leave Application Policy to enforce leave applications not to exceed available balance

And as usual, just drop me a note for whatever improvement that you would like to see in the next release (or join the discussion on the todo list post ). I will try to make it into the to-do list, but sometimes due to time constraint, some feature will require more time to implement.
