I could definitely use this feature as well, I've set everything to hours but it would be great if it the no. of days was automatically calculated by using from and to fields.

I think you may have misunderstood what I am planning to do. It has nothing to do with "automatically calculating the days". Instead, it is to let the users specify "From which date To which date" that an employee is taking hourly leave.

That's what I meant... If we can enter From and To for Hourly based leave, that would be helpful. At the moment, I need to enter it for each day, which is tiresome when someone applies for many weeks of leave.
