Hi Kap-Chew.

You might have been through this a few time already but I am very new to your great software,
How do I as an employer add leave already taken that I would like to record? And if not all the employees have email addresses or the net to use, how do I enter there request please?

Hi Graham,

You may login your Employer account (with either HR.my Admin, HR.my Manager or Custom Role), then go to Leave->Management, select the employee that you would like to add the leave application (for the past or future), and click Edit. After that you just add Leave Transactions according to the year selected. If you are adding past leaves, you may have to add new Entitlement Years first. To add new Entitlement Years, click at the + sign in the Year combo on the toolbar.
