Disable Socso Payment for selected employee

Hi, I deployed the SOCSO "No Contribution" feature some time ago as a quick solution, but somehow the solution was causing problem to some other UI issues, such as dropdown combobox did not show the records properly, and I had no choice but to withdraw that feature first.

Anyhow, the good news is that I am currently working on a permanent fix to that feature, and in the meantime also fix other issues related to the user interface, such as date picker is not properly functioning.

I expect to roll out this new major upgrade in a few weeks time ^o^

- "No Contribution" option for SOCSO category
