Hello

I realized that my company's HR.my spaces are full. I try to export some of the information but it mentioned that we do not have enough space to download them. What can I do to clear the spaces?

Regarding document workflow, is it possible for attaching files to become not compulsory?

1. You may delete some records that contain attachments to make some room.
