Change Administartor was created by Nur Alisya
Hi

Recently we changed administrator access but the employee could not sign in as administrator but could log in as employee.
Kindly reply and guide us on how to solve this problem.

Please select the HR Role option if you want to sign in as HR Role. For more details please visit the online user guide.

Still could not get in.

Can we change back administrator from employee email to company email?
Kindly reply and guide us on how to solve this problem.
