only one of them cannot thru any where, even though reset also cannot

You cannot find the employee via password reset due to the ALL CAP typing. I tried using all small letter and it's OK.

Anyhow, I will change this behavior.

oic, ok his account is ok now, but others (around 4-5 person)still can't login by their own mobile
