Can you tell me:

1. Are you using Web browser on a computer? or Android Mobile? Or iOS mobile?

2. What's the step of repeating this error?

3. If you are using iOS mobile, have you updated to the latest version released last week?

Hello, We have been having a similar issue in web.

We upload an attached document for reimbursement and we cannot submit it due to error code 413. We have plenty of storage left, and even if it's a 1MB upload it's not working.

Hi,

I tried with different browsers:

1. Chrome on my MAC
2. Chrome on my Android phone
3. HR.my Mobile app on my Android phone

And I could not repeat your problem. Can you try to clear your web browser cache, or try on another computer to try again?
