Why are employees marked absent when they do not clock in on their Off-Day?

Hi, currently absence can only be marked MANUALLY. If you found and mistake in absence marking, then it must be a user mistake.

Sorry for not being very clear.
Uses can select for system to mark all or selected employees as absent when there's no clocking records.
But in cases user select "ALL", system will also mark employees who are on their off-days.
In cases of selecting individual employees, system will also list employees on their off-days for user for selection.
It will be good if the system can highlight employees with off-days either before and after being marked as absent.
