i have sent the email to you regarding the problem with attachment.
notice that some of the employees when login through computer, they will receive the error message hidden behind the screen.
Those weird characters are not errors, they are actually the character that represent certain icon for the web font. Sometimes due to unstable network conditions, some icons just could not be downloaded, that's why it still displays the original characters.
Please ask your employees to clear the cache or simply refresh their web page will do.
