Problem with the Loacation and Punching for few Employees

Dear Sir/Madam

My employees have an issues with the location being detected and punching and its not happening at all after even they tried punching keeping their location on etc.
Also one of my employee is logging in and out but the administrator portal is showing it as Absent while his screenshot show his punches in his portal. also his leave entitlement for him is not showing but in the administrator it is already filled in.
