Hi Kap-Chew

In the claim review page, we are able to see the list of claims. Is there any method to generate approved claim report by month?
Will the approved claim be automatically link to the payroll for processing?
Is there any customer support to contact via phone?

1. Claim report and payroll processing will be supported after I am done with the mobile app.

Hi

I'm sorry. I need further clarification for HR.MY software.
Based on your answer, can I assume that the software is still in trial / testing stage?
Can you further explain, after claims is approved, how can we know how much to pay to staffs based on the approved claim expenses?

Hi,

1. HR.my was published since 2009, and it's still evolving, i.e. new features being added from time to time. It is certainly not in trial or testing stage by now.

2. As Claim Management is the latest feature added, it is not complete yet. If you need a complete solution, you may either wait or look for other solution first.
