HELP! Tax (PCB) didn't reflect in Payslip was created by RINNY LEONG
Hi , I have issue with the Tax (PCB) in payroll.
The Tax amount in payslip remain RM0 but the salary rate is subjected to Tax deduction RM16.70 (According 2020 PCB rate)
Setting:
Employee Tax Status : Tax resident
Salary RM4000
Tax (PCB) should be : RM16.70
But its RM0 in Payslip
1. Isn't the Tax is auto calculate according to the "Employee Management Satutory" Setting?
2. What is the procedure for setting and run payroll when the employee is subjected to tax deduction ?
Hope you can help

Hi Kap-Chew,
Thanks for your reply! and I'm sorry if annoyed you >_<
i know you got this question crazy amount of times.
I think I have found the reason which I think I added the 'Tax Statutory' in the salary adjustment.
I just redo and add a new salary rate in the salary adjustment, and it does have the Auto Tax calculation shown in payslip in the end..
So sorry to bother you.
