HR.my R36 Update

Free Employee Leave Management System HR.my R36 has just been updated, here are some of the important highlights:

New:

• New Database System - HR.my needs to migrate current database to a more powerful database system that offers advanced capabilities in order to cope with the needs for upcoming features and rapidly expanding user workloads
  • In conjunction with the new database system migration, I have also upgraded the database server
  • Now you will experience significantly faster speed of retrieving data, especially for features like Leave Planner where there are many employee applications
• Employee Education, Experience, Training and Legal Document can now be accessed from Employee Web Account
• Employee Education, Experience and Legal Document can now be updated by employees
• Announcement now supports file attachment
• Education now supports file attachment
• Experience now supports file attachment
• Training now supports file attachment
• Legal Document now supports file attachment

Change:

• Leave, Expense Claim and Document Workflow management view is now showing pending request count icon instead of last pending application details
