When I import users with 'Update' in 'ImportAction', the user's web account becomes disabled. I wonder if this is the right behavior.
I want to update their information such as Emergency contact and so on, but when I do by importing an excel file with column A (ImportAction) to Update, their web accounts are under 'Disabled Web Accounts', and I have to re-enable the accounts.
