I have approved OVER taken Annual Leave and now leave balance shows Negative Leave Balance,
How do i apply this Overtaken leave to deduct staff's salary? Annual Leave Balance will show ZERO balance after salary is deducted?

You will need to do this manually by using Variable Deduction.

How about the Negative Leave Balance? After i deduct pay, will there be any Changes to the leave balance?
