EA Form was created by TK Foo

Hi Sir,

I have sent in the request for EA form via HR.my (Annual Salary statement) on 15/3, i have not received the notification, may i know when can i get the EA form?

i have gone to check and document&form sharing, i cant find any EA exported there.

Then that means the export was not successful. Check your email to see what's the error message.

Another possibility is that the employee you are trying to export EA form does not have any processed payroll in that particular year. Let's say you are exporting employee 0001 for year 2018, but there isn't any processed payroll for that employee in 2018, then there will be no EA form.
