OK I understand, if we switch now it will feel like a downgrade from our current software and the staffs will be making lots of noise for the additional step and room for error.

Just out of curiosity, why are you planning to switch? Anything wrong with your existing software? You don't have to mention the software vendor, I just wanted to know reasons why users prefer HR.my to others.
