if you are able to remove the tax amount if we untick 'tax resident', it will be good as i don't mind to put in the pcb amount during salary process. now, when this is untick, the pcb amount went up even more.

Non Tax Resident will incur even higher tax rate. The only possibility is to provide a brand new option to skip tax calculation at all. But why?
