Hi,

I would like to know how the system handle if the employee do not have annual leave and want to still take leave. E.G unpaid leave or emergency leave?

You can set up Unpaid leave or Emergency leave entitlement for them. To set up leave types, please go to Leave->Type. To set up leave entitlements, please go to Leave->Management->Edit.
