Processing payroll for unpaid leaves

I recently have employees that took unpaid leaves as their yearly entitlement are exhausted.
In their payslip, how do I process their payroll?

My concern here is EPF and Socso deductions. If i were to allocate this under 'deductions' section, then it will not be taken into account when calculating EPF and SOCSO contribution.

Hi Paul,

For this purpose, you will need to use Variable Deduction. Just uncheck the EPF and SOCSO option for these types of deduction, so that it won't affect the correct contribution calculation,
