How to re-invite the employee web account

Support,

I can only find Active & Deactivate option in Web Management page.
Some of the employee lost the access URL & login details, I would like to re-invite them so that they can setup
their login again to view their payslip.

Kindly assist.

Hi,

What you mentioned were just "Filter" to show the list of Employees with Active or Disabled web account. To re-invite, you can click at the employee on the list to the right, then click at the Invite button on the toolbar.

As you may refer to screen shot, after sort according to Active employee, theres only option to "Select" the list and disable their
online account.

Cant really find the invite in this list anymore.
I can only see the invite button appear for those which is not been invite since account creted as attached as well under " Employee to be invite"

Am I miss out something? Can you please share some light ?

Hi Titan,

"Active employee web account" actually means employees that already accepted the invitation and already activated their respective web account, that's why there is no Invite button. May I know why do you want to reinvite those employee in this filter?

Some existing employee have not really log into their web account since first day.
I would like to re-invite them so that they can access the payslip.
Any other option?

Hi Titan, it's not possible if they have not activated their account. Can you please ask them to try resetting the password using the login email that you registered for them?
