Restricting access to reports exported was created by Raja Aman Bin Raja Jallaludin

Reports exported to the Team Documents and Form Sharing tab can be accessed by anyone with a HR role. This is even though the report has been set to be restricted to only selected employees. How can we maintain confidentiality on some reports?

Please go to Employee->HR Role, and change the access to Document and Forms.

Tried this but this will block that particular HR Role from accessing the Team document and form tab all together (when logged in as a HR role). Is there a way to set some documents to be shared with only selected employees or HR roles?

We have roles that can access attendance reports to manage staff attendance performance but don't want them to access sensitive payroll reports.

Currently documents can only be shared with the following scopes:

1. Employer only (including HR Roles)
2. All employees
3. Selected employees

Therefore if you don't want to allow some HR Roles to access certain sensitive documents, the best way is to block their access to Document and Form.
