In my country, we do keep track of Yearly Medical Benefits and Yearly Dental Benefits.
Some companies even have Travel Benefits and/or Childcare Benefits, all in monetary form.

Larger companies even have, what we call, the integrated benefits, where all these different benefits are lumped into 1 amount.
For eg. Integrated Benefits of $2000 that year, means whatever medical claims, dental claims, travel claims and childcare claims will utilise that pool till maxed out.

Whatever unclaimed benefits unclaimed that year, will be forfeited or can be carried forward to maximum 3 mths, depending on company policy.

This extra Benefits Function will greatly boost your HR software!

Thanks for the great suggestion, I will figure out a way to support this feature later. May get back to you when I am about to start the work on this feature in order to get further feedback from you. ^^
