Introduction:
Organizations need employees to achieve organization's goals. To be effective they need to be motivated with the right Human Resources Management (HRM) Systems. This workshop seeks to empower the manager with the necessary knowledge and skills to do just that .
The workshop focuses on the core aspects of HRM functions in an organization. The core topics covered are: role of HRM; job descriptions & job specifications; HR planning; TNA, training and development & orientation; performance appraisals and performance management; Points Method of job evaluation and how financial and non-financial benefits motivate employees; grievances, discipline, termination.
Objectives:
At the end of the workshop participants are able to:
