1. As I mentioned, the reason for a Leave Route is to allow not just the superior, but other people to approve according to company procedure, such as HR personnel, superior, department head or even boss.

2. Regarding the second part, I think you haven't tried the leave yet, may be we can discuss again after you try out?

Alright. I hope you can prioritize this one

We are still processing the data of our employees. And still trying to understand try the features. We might launch this system to our employees probably by 1st or 2nd week of February. So that's the only time we can fully try it
