HR.my R27 has just been updated, here are some of the important highlights:
New:
- On-the-job Employment Training, such as "Cash Handling", "Customer Complaint Handling" etc
- Employee Education History
- Employee Experience/ Work History
- All time based data are now handled according to user's time zone setting
- Option to specify leave earning/ Accrual Period, by Month or by Day
- Option to specify if entitled leave is earned at the Start or End of the Accrual Period
- Leave->Entitlement Summary, show Earned field
- Leave->Entitlement Summary, show Carried Over field
What's next:
And as usual, just drop me a note for whatever improvement that you would like to see in the next release (or join the discussion on the
todo list post
). I will try to make it into the to-do list, but sometimes due to time constraint, some feature will require more time to implement.
