Thanks. How about total number of hours worked report during a month for employees?

I think this is not supported yet, as nobody asks for it before. What else do you expect to see in this report beside the total number of hours worked?

Just the total number of hours worked by an employee is fine.

How about marking absent went an employee does not sign in on a working day?

This is already supported, but you have to mark it manually via Team->Attendance Management
