For alternative Saturday work week, there're usually 2 group of employees working on different Saturday work week. For your system development, it's suggested you can think about employee working pattern which shows the normal working day & hour within each week or each month that employees work. In many organizations, there're different working patterns set up for different work group of employees.

Of course, but this is not the LAST version of HR.my, instead, it has constantly been updated actively. I just need more resource and time to add more features to support users with various use cases.

In your case, you may create 2 Holiday schemes and assign it to the employees accordingly, so that different groups of employees will rest on different Saturdays.
