We've input many data on the system. It'll take a lot of time to re-input.

Just use the same Holiday schedule to set the rest days, such as 23 Jun 2018, set it as "Alternate Rest Day".

I can add anything, but before I do so, I need convincing reasons that this will be really useful to most people, instead of cluttering the system with yet another option.

So, it's required to set 2 holiday schedule. For every holiday schedule, each Saturday work week of the year (ie may be 36 Sat) would be set as "Alternate Rest Day". Is it correct? Please advise.

If all of your employees rest on the same Saturdays, then you just need 1 Holiday schedule. If different employees rest on different Saturdays, then you may need more than 1 Holiday schedule.
